travelling with the family…
My husband and I are British and grew up in England. When our 2 boys were little we moved to Zurich, Switzerland and a month later our daughter was born. The 5 of us lived on Lake Zurich for 6 years and then moved to somewhere totally different – Miami, Florida – where we have been since 2016.
We love to travel and explore our new surroundings, experiencing what’s local and making the most of being based in a different location. I like to encourage others to get out and have their own adventures whilst offering some ideas to get plans started and without breaking the bank. Despite having lived in a German speaking area and now one where Spanish is the dominant language, French is the other language I speak well.
